Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • You must initiate the return process within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe your purchase qualifies for a refund, please follow these steps:

Refund Process

Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exclusions

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Customized items that were made to order.
  • Gift cards.
